County in the Community are recruiting a Fan Engagement Officer ahead of the 2024-25 season.
As a Fan Engagement Officer, you will deliver a combination of outreach work and matchday based activities that encourage more people from under-represented groups across the community to attend matchdays at the football club, to take part in community trust activities and to become future fans.
The Fan Engagement Officer will play a key part in helping us to learn more about the current barriers to accessing the football club and community programmes and to then develop ways to support and overcome these.
