All the details you need, ahead of Saturday's game against Wycombe Wanderers at Rodney Parade.
Looking at the visitors
After a strong start to the campaign Wycombe now find themselves outside of the playoff places by a point although they have a game in hand on Leyton Orient above them. They are one of five teams that are within three points of the playoff places with only 13 games to go this season with Portsmouth, Bristol Rovers and Leyton Orient all on 53 points in the playoff places. Wycombe have only won four out of their last ten fixtures although two of these victories came against Plymouth and Bristol Rovers, both of whom are in the top six. Garry Thompson is their top scorer with six league goals and seven in all competitions with Michael Harriman one behind him with five league goals. Wycombe still have a reasonably tough run in to the end of the season with two fixtures against Accrington Stanley and away trips to Portsmouth and Oxford United to come.

Last meeting
Newport beat Wycombe by two goals to nil thanks to an own goal from Marcus Bean just after the hour mark and a Scott Boden goal with a minute of normal time to go. The victory reduced the gap to safety for County to the point that they were only inside the relegation zone on goal difference but they were still at the bottom of the league, tied on points with Yeovil and Dagenham and Redbridge.
Last time out
Newport’s good run of form came to an end at the hands of Crawley Town thanks to a Scott Boden own goal in the first half before Shamir Fenelon doubled the lead by heading home eight minutes after the break. A red card for Medy Elito with five minutes to go for a second bookable offence added insult to injury and means that he misses this weekend’s game.
