Newport County is looking to appoint a first team physiotherapist to become an integral part of the Club’s football management team.
The successful candidate will maintain responsibility for the Club Medical department and provisions, primarily looking after the needs and requirements of the first team playing squad.
The Senior Physiotherapist will have overall accountability for managing, organising and developing the medical department with specific responsibility for player diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
The Senior Physiotherapist will also be expected to maintain/implement provisions in respect of medical support, to include utilising partnerships with Universities to expand our medical programme by means of Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, Massage, etc. on an internship basis.
