Hospitality | Peter Nicholas is back for Tranmere

Former Newport County boss Peter Nicholas will be the special guest speaker in the Bisley Lounge for the penultimate League Two clash with Tranmere Rovers on Saturday (3pm).

The former Welsh international managed the Exiles from 2002-04 and led the club into the inaugural Conference South after they registered a creditable seventh-place finish in the Dr Martens Premier. He also guided the club to the 2003 FAW Premier Cup final.

Peter was born in Maesglas in Newport and joined Crystal Palace’s Youth set-up in 1976. He spent five seasons at Palace and made over 150 appearances for the club before successful spells at Arsenal, Luton, Aberdeen, Chelsea and Watford. The tough-tackling midfielder went on to win 73 caps for Wales before coaching at Chelsea, Brentford, Crystal Palace and Swansea. He managed Barry Town and Llanelli after his time at Newport.

You can join Peter on Saturday by securing your place in hospitality for just £60 per person and enjoy fantastic cuisine, premier seating and exclusive in-lounge entertainment that even includes a pre-match visit from the manager to discuss his team selection for that day?
