Newport County AFC will take on Swindon Town, Plymouth Argyle and Arsenal U21 in the group stages of the 2021/22 Papa John's Trophy.
Two of County's southern Group F opponents were confirmed on Wednesday before Arsenal U21 - one of the 16 invited under-21 sides - were added on Thursday following the draw, which took place live on Sky Sports.
It is the second consecutive season that Michael Flynn's side have faced Plymouth Argyle after making the trip to Home Park in the 2020/21 campaign.
The Exiles' first fixture in the competition is scheduled to take place on the week commencing Monday 30th August.
Their second clash will take place on the week commencing Monday 4th October before their final group-stage game, which is set to take place on the week commencing Monday 8th November.
County reached the semi-finals of the competition two seasons ago, falling to a 6-5 penalty shoot-out defeat against Salford City at Rodney Parade.
