FA Cup Third Round Ticket Information

Ahead of Sunday’s Emirates FA Cup tie against Leeds United, the Club wishes to bring to the attention of supporters the following ticketing and safety information.

Ticket Sales Deadline

Ticket sales for the match stopped at 7pm this evening from the Club’s Ticket Office. The Ticket Office will be closed tomorrow (6/01/18) and will be back open from 8am on Sunday for collections only.

Please note: On Police advice, we are unable to sell tickets past tonight’s deadline and therefore supporters who do not hold tickets for the match are politely requested not to travel to Rodney Parade.

Early Arrival & Increased Security

Supporters attending the tie are advised to arrive early with a crowd of more than 6,500 expected for the match. In addition, increased security checks and searches will be in place throughout the stadium prior to the match.

Please note: The Rodney Parade and Maindee School Car Parks are now full and limited to supporters and guests who have arranged match day parking in advance of the match.

Due to safety reasons, the Rodney Parade Car Park will close one hour prior to kick off.

Opening Times

Car Parks - 8am – 11am

Club Shop & Ticket Office - 8am – 12pm

Hospitality - 9.30am

Marquee - 9.00am

Turnstiles - 10.15am

Please note that the marquee, which will be hosted by Newport City Radio, has a capacity of 400 people and will be available to home supporters on production of a home ticket only.

Entrance to the marquee will be on a first come first serve basis. The Food Kiosk located next to the main marquee entrance will also be open from 9.00am serving a selection of breakfast rolls and tea and coffee.

Entry Gates

An issue has been identified with regards to the ticket printing for this fixture and affects supporters with Hazell Stand, Hazell Terrace and North Terrace Tickets. Irrespective of the Entrance Gate printed on the Match Ticket itself, access to the ground for these areas will be as follows:

Hazell Stand - Gate 2 Only

Hazell Terrace - Gate 3 Only

North Terrace - Gate 3 Only

The above Gates are the Gates that regular supporters at Rodney Parade will use to enter the Ground so effectively there is no change to the usual entrance system.

Tickets for Hospitality, the Bisley Stand and the PureVans.com away end are printed correctly.

Supporter Safety Information

The Club regrettably wishes to inform supporters that the area of terracing located behind the dugouts within the Hazell Terrace will remain closed for the tie on Sunday and until such time as two open investigations with The FA are concluded.

Supporters are also reminded that the possession of pyrotechnics within the stadium vicinity is strictly prohibited, as too is any form of encroachment onto the playing area.

Any supporters caught in possession of pyrotechnic devices or who take part in any form of pitch encroachment will be arrested and banned from Rodney Parade with immediate effect.
