TRUST WEEKLY NEWS - YOUR TRUST YOUR CLUB
This is the third of our weekly news communications. Hope you all enjoy it.
Fantastic
The team gave the supporters a day to remember with the fantastic victory at Bristol Rovers. What a result and credit to John and the team for a great performance. Not only did we win 4 - 1 our CEO won the Rovers 50/50 draw - A good day indeed.
Shares
We look forward to welcoming you at the trust meeting tomorrow in the Bisley Suite commencing at 19.00. It will be a fairly short gathering where the changes in the constitution will be explained and then a vote will be held. If the motion is passed we will progress to issuing the community shares. Some members have already voted on line and these along with any votes received in the post will also be included.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A VOTE FOR BOARD MEMBERSHIP - THIS WILL HAPPEN AS PER OUR 90 DAY PLAN
Plan - Football League Submission
The submission is pretty much complete now. We had hoped to submit it this week but due to a number of key people being away it will now be presented early next week.
Fan Engagement - Volunteers
The response to our request for volunteers has been overwhelming. Thank you very much. As a result of the numbers Lisa is still working through all the information so please be patient if you have not heard anything. She will make contact as soon as possible.
Benefits Package - Launch
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Benefits and Rewards Scheme on Thursday 12th November at 7.30pm in the Bisley Suite at Rodney Parade. In addition we have also arranged for John Sheridan, Warren Feeney and Mike Flynn to be in attendance and they will be available to answer any questions. The event is free and the bar will be open.
CLUB SHOP
There is a range of new products on sale in the club shop from hoodies to water bottles. There is also a Halloween special on offer, so pop in and have a look.
FA CUP
Our FA Cup First Round tie against Brackley Town will be held on Sunday 8th November at 2pm. The fixture has been selected by the BBC for the Sunday afternoon highlights show. The club will benefit financially as a result of this selection.
