Newport County will host an open training session on Thursday, May 1, giving supporters the opportunity to watch the players in action up close before our final game of the 2024-25 campaign.
The event will take place at Rodney Parade and is free to attend, as the Exiles continue their preparations for their League Two encounter with Tranmere Rovers.

This event is perfect for fans of all ages to get behind the scenes and experience what goes into matchday preparation. The session will feature:
- Live first-team training – watch how the players train, warm up, and build towards matchday
- Meet and greet opportunities – get autographs and photos with the players and coaches following the session.
The Club Shop will also be open on the day, with official club merchandise available for purchase – a great chance to pick up your colours ahead of Saturday's fixture. Parking will also be available at the ground.
