Newport County will face Llandudno in the first round of the Nathaniel MG Cup.
The Seasiders, who play in the JD Cymru North, will host the Exiles at their OPS Wind Arena base.
Newport County received a wildcard entry into the competition on Monday, with the club competing against Welsh clubs from the JD Cymru Leagues.
This will mark the second time the Exiles have featured in the competition, and it will provide valuable exposure to senior football for a number of young players in the club's ranks.
The date, kick-off time and ticketing details of the fixture will be revealed in due course.
The tie is due to take place over the weekend of July 19/20/21.
The winners of the tie will face Penrhyncoch or Guilsfield at home in Round Two, as confirmed in the draw. Those ties are set to take place on the weekend of 2/3/4 August.
