Stephen Parkinson will take charge of this afternoon’s League Two encounter between Port Vale and their opponents.
As an experienced referee, Parkinson has officiated across a wide range of English football competitions, including the National League, League Two, Premier League 2, and the FA Cup. Throughout his career, he has overseen nearly 100 matches, during which he has issued over 170 yellow cards and 8 red cards, reflecting his strict yet fair approach to match discipline.
So far this season, he has refereed only one League Two fixture—Cheltenham vs. Wimbledon in Matchday 3.
Joining Parkinson today will be assistants Kevin Howick and Christopher Husband, with Steven Plane serving as the fourth official.
