James Oldham will be the man in the middle when Newport County host Grimsby Town on Saturday afternoon (3pm).
A seasoned referee with experience in League One, League Two, and the National League, Oldham will be officiating his first County match of the season. The last time he officiated the Exiles was a Football League Trophy match against Swindon Town back in September.
This season, Oldham has already officiated seven matches across various competitions, including League Two, the Football League Trophy, and the National League. His most recent assignment was overseeing Northampton Town's 3-0 victory over Leicester City Under-21s at Sixfields.
Assisting Oldham will be Thomas Harty and Ravel Cheosiaua as assistant referees, while Richard Morris will serve as the fourth official.
