Richard Eley will be the referee when Newport County host Colchester United in League Two on Saturday afternoon (3pm).
The experienced official, who regularly oversees matches both in League One and League Two, will officiate his first County game of the season.
So far this campaign, Eley has officiated 26 matches across various competitions, producing 116 yellow cards and two reds.
His most recent assignment was overseeing Morecambe’s 2-0 home win over Cheltenham Town on April 1.
Eley will be assisted by Justin Amey and Samuel Fudge, while Marvyn Amphlett will serve as the fourth official.
