Newport County can confirm that Kiban Rai has joined Merthyr Town on loan for the remainder of the 2024-25 season.
The forward, who signed his professional deal with the Exiles in June 2023, will now link up with the Southern League Premier Division South league leaders.
Paul Michael’s side sit top of the Premier Division with 63 points from 27 games, as they look to earn promotion to the National League South.
