Following the landmark Special General Meeting of the Trust on 28th September the Trust Board, and Huw Jenkins as the prospective new owner, are together working through the necessary documentation required for a change of control.
These documents include the Share Transfer Agreement and the amended Memorandum and Articles of the football club. This process is complex, and does take some time, as was set out in the meeting. More announcements will follow, as soon as we are able, with updates and a clearer timeline.
