The Board of Directors of the Club have become concerned at the recent increase of online abuse targeting members of the club’s staff.
To receive abuse whilst undertaking your role is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Our staff have been working tirelessly to help the club move forward and to receive any abuse, particularly of the sort recently received is absolutely unwarranted.
The police have been informed and the club together with the authorities will address the perpetrators of abuse swiftly and decisively.
As a board we are sure that the vast majority of our fans and partners agree that abuse of any sort has no place at the club. Hopefully we can put a stop to this unnecessary behaviour and all get behind the team as we prepare for the new season.
