Update regarding club AGM.
Further to yesterday’s notice regarding the Club AGM which is to be held on 29th June 2023, we can confirm that the amended Articles of Association, including proposed changes, are now available on the club website, and can be reached using the following link. Click here.
The Club AGM must be held by the end of June, and it was therefore necessary to serve notice to ensure that the required 21 days’ notice is given to club shareholders.
With regards to the proposed changes, we can confirm that article 5, is a mandatory amendment requested by the EFL, whilst articles 15 and 16, reflect legislative changes that have occurred since the Articles were first drafted in 1989.
