#WellbeingWednesday May 18

This week's #WellbeingWednesday schedule for the next week is here to help your mental health throughout the next seven days.

Wednesday 18th May - Good luck to all who are taking exams this summer!

Remember to get plenty of sleep, stay hydrated and eat nutritious foods. Check out these 'Top Tips' from Young Minds for staying well during revision and exams.

Thursday 19th May - take the opportunity in the nicer weather to walk to work or school. Being outdoors is great for your wellbeing, especially when the sun is shining.

Friday 20th May - Take the opportunity to learn something new. We all have a great capacity for learning, so check out these free courses from the Open University.

Saturday 21st May - Listen to the 'Look Back In Amber' official Newport County AFC podcast from Newport City Radio and relive some of the season's highlights.

Sunday 22nd May - Take the opportunity to get out in your garden, or get the windowsills filled to grow your favourite fruit and veg. Involve your children, grand-children, nieces and nephews and teach them some skills for the future.

Monday 23rd May - Try to eliminate screen time at least one hour before bedtime. This is known to help you to wind down and fall asleep.

Tuesday 24th May - Make time to check in on someone that you haven't seen or spoken to in a while.
