Following three members of the Academy getting professional contracts at Newport County AFC, we sat down with Academy boss Damien Broad.
Damien also outlined the abilities of the scholars that have signed on at County, as well as explaining in detail the due process we as a club take for those that are not fortunate enough to earn pro deals to make sure the players as people are looked after.
