Over 1,200 Newport County fans will make the trip to Forest Green for the top-of-the-table clash at the New Lawn.
FGR currently sit atop of the League Two standings while Newport sit 3rd and County have a sold-out away end to back them in Nailsworth on Saturday.
Forest Green are unbeaten in the league since a 2-0 home defeat to Swindon back on October 9, winning 10 and drawing six of their 16 games since that game. County meanwhile are on a run of four wins on the spin following victories over Harrogate (4-0), Scunthorpe (1-0), Leyton Orient (1-0) and Barrow (2-1).
Ebou Adams is available to return to the fold at Forest Green and they are also hopeful of having Nicky Cadden at their disposal again after injury.
County meanwhile may be able to bring in Josh Pask who missed the 2-1 win over Barrow with a knee injury while Kevin Ellison is also touch-and-go with a back strain. Timmy Abraham though will definitely be in contention after recovery from a toe injury.
The hosts at the weekend boast two of the top scorers in League Two but ex-County man Jamille Matt and Matt Stevens (both 17) are three short of the League Two Golden Boot frontrunner - Newport's Dom Telford with 20 goals.
Newport and Forest Green have only ever met 10 times, with the first-ever face-off coming as recently as 2017.
Of the six meetings in Nailsworth, County have technically lost two of them, however the 4-3 defeat at the New Lawn in the most recent match-up saw County progress to the League Two Play-off Final at Wembley courtesy of a 4-5 aggregate scoreline.
