County defender Adam Lewis has been presented with one of his England youth caps after representing his country at four levels across youth age groups.
Adam has donned the shirt of the Three Lions at Under-16, 17, 19 and 20 level, representing his country 16 times across the age groups.
Three of those appearances came at the 2018 Under-18 Euros, with Adam starting every game for England in a group containing Ukraine, Turkey and France.
The Liverpool loanee has also played for England in the 2014 Victory Shield and the Under-20 Elite League, with Adam starting in 2-0 wins over Switzerland and Germany.
