As is tradition on a Wednesday at Newport County AFC, here are this week's wellbeing tips for the week on #WellbeingWednesday!
Wednesday 10th – After last night’s fantastic win against Luton in the Carabou Cup, check out the draw this evening to see who Newport County AFC will face in the 2nd round.
Thursday 11th – Throwback Thursday! Take a look back at your favourite Newport County AFC season highlights from the years gone by.
Friday 12th – Today is International Youth Day. Time to celebrate your young people. Every child develops at different speeds and has different abilities. Today is about them and celebrating how wonderful and unique they all are.
Saturday 13th – Safe journey to all travelling to our EFL fixture at Bradford City FC today. Good luck to James and the team. Don’t forget that you can follow along on EFL Digital.
If you are unable to travel to the fixture, then spend some time in nature, perhaps a nice woodland walk in amongst the trees for some shade today, and perhaps take a picnic to enjoy with your family or with friends.
Sunday 14th - As you plan for the week ahead and things may feel overwhelming as you try and juggle so many different areas, sit and plan what your week will look like. What you need to do and when. Write a list of all that you need to do and prioritise which order that you will do them in.
Monday 15th – Extra Time is open today from 11am til 1pm. If you are 55+ and would like to meet some like minded people to participate in some fun activities, then please do come along to Rodney’s Bar at Rodney Parade. Tuesday 16th – When you are feeling low, it is great to do something that you enjoy, so come and join us and your friends on parade tonight for our home fixture against Salford. We have plenty to do as usual with the Rodney Parade Fan Zone, Newport City Radio All Request Disco, County in the Community Corner, The Welsh Sweet Co and R&N Inflatables. Newport Veterans will be joining us too, with the player Q&A all in the family marquee.
