Newport County have donated a number of Carl Zeiss Jena shirts to the charity football match that will feature a host of NCAFC legends on Sunday afternoon.
The NCAFC legends team, which features the likes of Michael Flynn, David Pipe and Byron Anthony, will wear specially-donated Carl Zeiss Jena shirts that have been donated by County.
The shirts will then be auctioned off to raise funds for Velindre and Cancer research.
Sunday's match is in honour of Rhys Griffiths of Bettws and Malpas who passed away aged just 22 on November 2006 after a two-year battle with testicular cancer.
Every year for the last 15 years Rhys' old Shaftesbury teammates reunite, watched and joined by family and friends, to play Newport Civil Service FC and Crosskeys United FC in a match held in his memory and they have raised in excess of £10-15,000 for Velindre Cancer Centre and Cancer Research UK.
All fans are welcome and a small donation on the day towards the charity is the entrance fee. Kids can attend free. A raffle is being held, shirt auctions and games also afterward are being held. Refreshments are also available at the Caerleon AFC clubhouse and there is a chance to meet your past heroes of our promotion seasons.
