Newport County AFC may not have the support of the Amber Army roaring on the team due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make your presence felt at Rodney Parade.
We are delighted to announce Present at Parade - our new initiative which will allow fans to have images of themselves displayed on a large banner in the South Stand at Rodney Parade.
Your support is irreplaceable, but whilst you may not be physically present at the stadium during these unprecedented times, your support will be felt by Michael Flynn’s men.
The banner will sit proudly in the stadium until full crowds are able to return.
You can proudly take your place on the banner at a cost of £25, and will need to send in a photo of yourself wearing your black and amber colours by 4pm on Friday 9th October.
Supporters, who can purchase a space on the banner by clicking here, will need to send over an image (in JPEG format) to office@newport-county.co.uk, accompanied with the confirmation number from your purchase.
Alternatively, you can call the ticketing office on 01633 415376 and place your order over the phone.
Please note that this will be done on a first-come-first-served basis.
Manager Michael Flynn said: “We have really missed the support of the fans during the first few games of the season. Their absence has been felt by the players and staff, particularly against Swansea City where I’m sure they would have had the stadium rocking. But I would like to thank everyone for following the EFL and Government guidelines.
“You have done the club proud in the way that you have conducted yourselves over the last few months, which have been difficult for everyone. We know you’re right behind us from afar, but hopefully the Present at Parade initiative will give you the chance to feel as if you are here with us.”
