Newport County AFC mental health ambassador Kevin Ellison discussed the importance of raising awareness of mental health ahead of World Mental Health Day.
The winger, who joined the Exiles in the summer window after departing Morecambe, was confirmed as the club's mental health ambassador on Thursday.
Ellison has been vocal in raising awareness of his personal struggles, and aims to support those connected with the football club who are struggling with their mental health and to help break the stigma attached with mental illness.
