Newport County AFC midfielder Scott Twine has been nominated for the September/October PFA Bristol Street Motors Fans’ Player of the Month award.
Twine has made an impressive start to life in a County shirt after joining on loan from Swindon Town in the summer window.
He made 13 appearances for the Exiles in September and October, scoring four goals and providing two assists to help Michael Flynn's men on their way to the top of the Sky Bet League Two table.
The 21-year-old was also pivotal to County's Carabao Cup run after featuring against Swansea City, Cambridge United, who he scored against to set up the Exiles' first fourth round tie, and Newcastle.
