Newport County AFC and Dragons Rugby would like to issue the following statement regarding the return of supporters.
Both organisations have been in dialogue with Welsh Government representatives, who have confirmed that their stance remains the same and supporters will not be permitted into stadiums across Wales at this time.
Whilst we are disappointed that we are currently unable to facilitate the return of supporters to Rodney Parade, the health and well-being of players, staff and supporters remains our primary concern.
Both organisations will continue preparations for the safe return of supporters to Rodney Parade at the earliest opportunity.
