Newport County AFC support Ginger doing the 92

Newport County AFC were proud to support the Go Ginger Agency in their bid to ensure no child goes hungry this Christmas.

Go Ginger, a marketing agency who have partnered with FareShare, are aiming to raise £92,000 for disadvantaged children and their familes who won't eat a hot meal on Christmas day.

The agency are travelling the length and breadth of the UK in eight days to visit 92 football stadiums across England and Wales.

After setting off from Gillingham on Sunday, the agency made the trip across the bridge on Monday and Rodney Parade was the 14th stop on their journey to chalking up more than 2,000 miles before Christmas Day.

The journey will conclude at West Ham United's London Stadium on Sunday 20th December, while the agency will also pay a visit Wembley Stadium on the final day of their trip.

Newport County AFC Chairman, Gavin Foxall, presented Go Ginger's Co-Founder, Glenn Murphy, with a signed Exiles shirt, which will be used to raise funds for the inititative.
