Twenty-one-year old winger Will Randall has signed a permanent deal with Newport County AFC until the end of the season and is available for selection for this afternoon's League Two fixture at Colchester United.
An academy graduate from fellow League Two side Swindon Town, the left-sided midfielder made his professional debut for the Robins on the final day of the 2013/14 campaign at the County Ground against Rotherham United.
Further appearances in the first-team, including against County in the CheckaTrade Trophy on 1st September 2015, earned him a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 2016 where he was put straight into the U23 side.
During his time at the now Premier League team, Randall was sent out on several loan spells to gain more experience, spending time at League One outfit Walsall in 2016/17 and Forest Green Rovers last season - again featuring against County in the Exiles' 4-0 victory at the New Lawn on 14th October 2017.
Before leaving Wolverhampton Wanderers this January, Randall spent the first part of the campaign on loan at Spanish side FC Jumilla, who play in the Segunda División B.
Shortly after signing his deal, Randall exclusively told #iFollowExiles: “I'm delighted to sign for Newport. I've been training here for a few weeks and I can't wait to get started."
Manager Michael Flynn added: "Will is very talented and has been training with us for several weeks. He has fitted in well with the lads and gives us more strength in depth until the end of the season."
