Ahead of our next pre-season friendly against Chelsea Under-23's, where 50% of all proceeds raised will go to former County defender Fraser Franks, there are lots of activities taking place ahead of the match at our Family Fun Day.

There's no better way to start the summer holidays!

Ticketing - NCAFC vs Chelsea Under-23's

Ahead of the game on the evening of the 24th July, a maximum of 900 tickets will be available for this fixture on a first-come-first-served basis. No tickets will be made for advance sale.

All tickets will be for the Main Stand only and will be on sale from 6pm at Spytty Stadium's main reception.

Tickets prices can be found below:

Adults - £10.

U16s - £5.

As previously stated, 50% of all proceeds will go to former County defender Fraser Franks, who started his career in Chelsea's academy.

Pick up your copy of the special edition matchday programme that has been produced as a memento for Fraser and his young family tomorrow evening. It includes a feature-length interview with the former County star.

When asked about the game and the Fun Day, Fraser said: "It should be a great day for everyone and a great match to look forward to against a very talented Chelsea side. Hopefully, we can get as many people down to the Newport Stadium and cheer on the boys ahead of the new season.

It's a fantastic idea from the Club to incorporate a family fun day along with the Chelsea game. The school holidays breaking up it’s perfect timing for families to come down and have fun before the match."

During the family fun day, free sport activities from Newport County Academy and Newport Live will be available for supporters to take part in.

Food & Drink

Food wise on the day, there are several local traders who will trade throughout the day including during the game are:

Mr Ts Snack Bar

Both of these food stalls will also be selling cold drinks to keep you refreshed on what looks to be a very hot day in Newport according to weather forecasts.

PLEASE NOTE all supporters are reminded that no alcoholic drinks will be served at the family fun day or at any point later on in the day during the match.
