Newport County AFC have agreed a deal for their first team and U18s academy side to use the fantastic facilities at One Gym for the upcoming Season.
So here we are, the biggest lifestyle gym to hit Newport is joining forces with the mighty Newport County AFC.
Manager Michael Flynn and Chairman Gavin Foxall went to see the brand-new state of the art gym last week as the Club look to improve the First Team training facilities both on and off the pitch. One Gym not only offer incredible gym equipment, facilities, and classes but also offer a coffee shop and eatery, wellness centre, relaxation area and bar making this so much more than a gym.

Manager Michael Flynn said: “Myself and the chairman [Gavin Foxall] went to visit Alex and Dave at One Gym last week. We were really impressed with the facilities and the location with it being so close to our Training Ground at Spytty Stadium. Our partnership with One Gym is going to mean the players have a place to do their off-field training but One Gym's sandwich bar and coffee shop also means it's a place for the players to hang out and socialise after training.”
