We are now taking bookings for our 2018/19 Match Day Visits!
Match Day Visits make bringing your entire football team, birthday party, or school class to a Newport County AFC Football match affordable whilst also providing you with unforgettable memories.
What’s Involved?
The fantastic County in the Community (CiTC) team will be your hosts for your special day and you will first meet them to collect your tickets and find out all about your day.
After that, you will sit down for a Q&A with two members of our First Team Squad. Make sure you bring lots of questions so you can grill them about what it’s like to be a professional football player!
Before the match, your group will be invited onto the Rodney Parade pitch to create a Guard of Honour for the players. Make sure you wave your Newport County AFC flags to show your support for the home team!
You can then watch the first half before heading back to pitch side for a 5-a-side game between your teammates at half time.
Enjoy the second half of the match, and at full time, the first team will come over to see you and sign your programmes, shirts and autograph books.
How much does it cost?
Our Match Day visit accommodates up to 50 children [30 to be involved in the Guard of Honour, 20 in the half time kick about]. These 50 children can receive their tickets Free of Charge. Siblings, or additional children (6-17) who are not participating are charged at an incredible £1 per ticket whilst parents or guardians can enjoy a 50% discount on their tickets.
We also offer up to four complimentary tickets for coaches/ teachers.

*We will not hold you to this number; however, if you have a small group, you may be asked to share the match day experience with another small group so that both groups can get the most out of this visit.
Please note that Match Day visits will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis. All home matches are liable to change. If the date of the match you have booked changes, your match day visit will automatically move to the new date.
