After this morning’s 2018/19 Kit Reveal, the Club is delighted to announce that Henry Howard Finance, GreenFox and the Supporters Club have sponsored the backs of the Newport County AFC 2018/19 Kits.
Henry Howard Finance - Amber Home Shirt
Long-time supporter of the Club, Henry Howard Finance, are sponsoring the back of the Amber Home Shirt. The back of the Black Away Kit is sponsored by Green Fox. Green Fox is a locally owned consultancy business specialising in business change, procurement and business transformation focused within the public sector.
NCAFC Supporters Club - Third Kit
The NCAFC Supporters Club are sponsoring the back of the Third Shirt making it an almost entirely “supporter focused” kit since the design was also chosen by the supporters.
In the main Kit Launch Image, this shirt is also worn by Josh Sheehan, who’s return to the Club was also funded by the NCAFC Supporters Club.
Speaking at the Kit Launch, Bob and Susan Herrin explained that donating money to the parent Club has always been the purpose of the Supporters Club whilst they also branch out into away travel, fund-raisers and supporter get togethers.
Currently the Treasurer of the Newport County AFC Supporters Club, Susan Herrin has overseen a lot of the donations made to the club by the Supporters Club and she commented: “People may not know that the Supporters Club actually buy Spytty the Dog’s sweets for home matches.
“We’ve bought medical equipment in the past, we’ve bought goalposts for training and just basically various different things that the club needed and maybe didn’t have the ready finance for.
“If we can help, that’s what we’re there for.”
