After the postponement of yesterday's Sky Bet League Two clash against MK Dons, the Club would like to outline our existing Ticket Policy and what it means for Supporters.
Newport County AFC's 2018/19 Customer Charter states that:
"EFL regulations will be followed in the event of postponed and abandoned matches. If a match has to be postponed before kick-off, ticket-holders will be entitled to free admission to the rearranged fixture, on production of a valid ticket."
Looking ahead to our upcoming Emirates FA Cup Clash against Leicester City, if Supporters had already purchased tickets for the League match against MK Dons, they will still be able to use them to have priority over General Sale. Click here to read that ticket release in full.
The rearranged date for this fixture is yet to be confirmed, but the Club can clarify that Supporters who had purchased tickets and are unable to make the rearranged date will be entitled to a full refund.
Saturday's Half Time Draw against MK Dons will now roll over to the next home game of the season on Boxing Day against Forest Green Rovers. Keep your tickets safe if you purchased one, Exiles!
The Club will update Supporters as soon as the rearranged date is confirmed for our clash against MK Dons. Please keep an eye out on all of our official social media channels to be the first to know the news.
