This year's Dalmatian Bike Ride which raises money for St David's Hospice will be taking place on June 9th and beginning in Caerleon.
There are four cycle routes of differing difficulty but all are fun and family-friendly.
Interested? Make sure you register as soon as possible as (with the event just six weeks away) it's nearly time for the organisers to order cycle tops.
As always, the Damatian Bike Ride will finish at the Priory Hotel and there will be a huge barbeque courtesy in their garden after. So come along for a few glasses of Prosecco at the champagne bar or a beer or two.
