Pinch, punch first of the month and so it's time for another NCAFC Goal of the Month Competition!
It's an even split between the first team and the U18s this month, with the Academy boys scoring some fantastic goals in what has been a very good month for the Young Exiles.
Have a look at the top four goals from around the Club throughout November and get voting! (Voting will open on Twitter soon).
Option 1 - Joe Hunt vs Swindon (U18s)
Was it a shot? Was it a cross? Does it really matter? What does matter is the end result: a spectacular goal by Joe Hunt! The effort is well worth its place in the November Goal of the Month Contest. In fact, we think it's a contender for goal of the season!
Option 2 - Shawn McCoulsky vs Mansfield
Ben Tozer's long throw is a weapon that strikes fear into defenders and against Mansfield, it led to a brilliant, instinctive finish from McCoulsky. The throw goes deep into the box, a fantastic flick-on from defender Mark O'Brien and Shawn used all of his strikers-instincts to half-volley into the next. A very good and very vital goal!
Option 3 - Michael Cook vs Plymouth (U18s)
Michael Cook should be applauded twice for this goal. Once for that superb little round-the-corner pass straight into the path Tom Hillman, then for the 50-yard sprint to ensure he arrives on the far post in-time to head home Hillman's superb cross. Counter-attacking football at its finest.
Option 4 - Shawn McCoulsky vs Forest Green Rovers
It's been a prolific goal-scoring month for Shawn "McGoalsky" so it should be no surprise to anyone that he makes the list twice. However, this goal can also go down as a fantastic team goal. Excellent pressing dispossess Rovers and swift passing means the Exiles are able to slice through their midfield and find Dan Butler in acres of space on the left hand side. A sublime cross and a great header finished off a great move (and a great day) for the Exiles!
