The Exiles have agreed a loan deal for Bristol City striker Shawn McCoulsky. The 20-year-old scored a remarkable 31 goals last season with appearances for the Bristol City U23s side, Weston-super-Mare and Bath City.
Beginning his career at Dulwich Hamlet, McCoulsky quickly attracted the interest of some top clubs and joined Bristol City in October 2015. He has been impressing in the Club’s youth set-up ever since.
McCoulsky joins County a loan deal until January and will begin training on Monday as the team begin preparations ahead of their first EFL League match vs Stevenage.
On signing the deal, manager Michael Flynn said: “I’d like to thank Bristol City for their help with this. Shawn is a very quick and direct goal scorer and I’m very pleased to have him on board.”
