Sean McCarthy will serve a one-match touchline suspension after he admitted using abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official.
The Newport County assistant manager was charged in relation to an incident at the end of the game against Luton Town on 16 August 2016.
The standard penalty, which he accepted, also included a £500 fine.
