JORDAN GREEN & JOSH SHEEHAN SIGN ON LOAN

The Exiles agree loan deals for Bournemouth striker Jordan Green and Swansea midfielder Josh Sheehan.

The Club are delighted to announce the loan signing of duo Josh Sheehan and Jordan Green, who join the Exiles on loan deals until January.

The pair sign for the Club in time to be eligible for tomorrow's EFL Cup tie against MK Dons at Rodney Parade, subject to the Club receiving international clearance for Jordan.

Sheehan, who is a Welsh U21 international, has experience of Sky Bet League Two following spells last season with Yeovil Town, where the midfielder made thirteen appearances.

Twenty-one-year-old forward Jordan Green is a highly-rated prospect at Bournemouth and will add to Manager Warren Feeney's attacking options going into the busy August period.

Speaking about the signing of the pair on loan, Manager Warren Feeney spoke about his excitement about what the two players could add to the squad.

"Josh knows this division well from his time at Yeovil last season and he has great potential. I think he will offer something different for us and will add quality to our squad. Josh is always looking to get on the ball and make things happen and he creates the opportunity for other players around him to be that little bit more flexible and his signing will give us another dimension."

"Jordan is an exciting player and he is a forward that will look to put the opposition on the back foot. He likes to attack and he likes to run at defenders and I think that he will be an exciting addition for us."

"We would like to thank both Bournemouth and Swansea for their help in getting these deals over the line."
