Local clubs and organisations given Community tickets for the visit of the Magpies.
As the season draws to a close and with a Bank Holiday weekend fast approaching, the Club is working closely with our Community team to ensure everyone has the chance to attend our final home game of the season at Rodney Parade. All this week the Community team are distributing tickets in and around local schools and businesses with 700 printed tickets being distributed throughout Newport and Gwent.
The Community tickets are open to all local Junior Clubs, Schools, Youth Groups and organisations for Saturday’s game.
Director, Gavin Foxall, said, “We want to welcome various sectors of the community to join us for our final home game of the season.”
“After securing our Football League status last weekend, the Board were keen to use this initiative to bring the Community together in support of its local football team and I’m sure Saturday will be a great occasion at Rodney Parade, paired with the Match for Life and Presentation evening that takes place on the same day."
