Work on-going to get game on
Following the horrendous rain that has swept over the area during the weekend, there has been a lot of work done on the pitch today, with further works planned for tomorrow.
The contractors who did the drainage works during the summer are going to put some temporary drains in the bad areas in front of the Bisley stand and in the North Terrace goalmouth.
The pitch is currently not as wet as it was prior to either the Dagenham postponement on the Saturday morning or the Northampton game on the Saturday morning which was played.
The Club is going to make a further assessment at 9am in the morning and will make a further statement mid morning. Subject to the overnight weather the Club is hopeful that the game will go ahead
