- Lead Physiotherapist (Full Time) - The Lead Physiotherapist is to lead the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of all Academy players, contributing to ensure all aspects of the Elite Performance Plan (EPPP) criteria are met, with direct responsibility for medical provisions for the Academy. Academy Volunteer Scout - Our Academy Scouts play a critical role in identifying and recommending players to join our Academy. We are looking for scouts with a proven track record in identifying the best talent to join us across a variety of locations across South Wales. Academy Age Group Coach (Part-Time) - The Academy is seeking to recruit a part-time Youth Development Age Group Coach to follow the existing coaching syllabus within the Academy phase. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing players in line with Newport County AFC’s training/games programme and will be provided support in their professional development by the Phase Leads and Head of Coaching. Academy Head of Education - To lead organisation, management and delivery of the Club's Education Programme, the tutoring of the qualifications, through having planned lessons, and to ensure these are engaging, creative and in line with our quality assurance process, inspire and ensure that every young person that goes through the coaching programme with us will have an opportunity to thrive and succeed. Have responsibility for the organisation, management and delivery of the Club's Education Programme. To mark and assess work of the scholars/learners and where necessary assist those who need extra support by delivery small group work. To support the participation, retention, and progression of learners in their courses and to encourage learners to pursue further education, training, or employment on finishing the course.
